We are still open for essential business during these uncertain times.

Current Arrivals

Please, you must tell us before making a booking or prior to checking in if you are already confirmed as having COVID-19 (coronavirus) or if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting current symptoms of coronavirus, especially a fever or shortness of breath, a cough or a respiratory illness. We may ask you to answer other relevant questions about your situation before, during or following your stay.

New Bookings

For stays before 1 June we are currently only accepting cabin and site bookings for essential stays only. This includes stays for workers, for people to reside, for medical & support reasons, for approved self-isolation guests or for interim stays where a person’s primary residence is not directly available (e.g. overseas or interstate residents). Bookings for holiday stays are not currently being accepted during this time due to government restrictions. Please advise us of your situation as you will be required to confirm the reason for your stay prior to being allowed to check-in during this time.

We are taking the safety and well-being of our guests, team members and all who visit our resort very seriously. Our dedicated team is cleaning to the highest standards, taking hygiene very seriously and we have implemented all necessary recommendations from Queensland Health and the Australian Government Department of Health. Social Distancing requirements are being strongly encouraged by the resort during this time such as persons keeping 1.5 metres away from others as much as possible, avoiding close direct contact and avoiding gatherings that aren’t essential.

Recreation Facilities

We advise some non-essential facilities may be closed for use during this time.
